SMS Terms & Conditions

These Terms govern the SMS (text message) program operated by PNW Bath Solutions LLC (“PNW Bath Solutions,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By providing your mobile number and opting in, you agree to these Terms.

Program Description

We send SMS text messages for operational and account-related purposes, including service and job updates, scheduling and task reminders, and document or receipt requests. This program is intended for our team members and authorized contacts; it is not a marketing or promotional messaging program.

Opt-In and Consent

Participation is voluntary. You consent to receive text messages at the mobile number you provide (for example, during onboarding or by enabling text notifications in our portal). You represent that you are the account holder or authorized user of that number.

How You Opt In

This SMS program is offered only to PNW Bath Solutions employees and installation contractors; it is not available to the general public. Consent is collected directly from each worker:

  • During onboarding: When a worker is set up in our internal staff portal, an administrator records the worker’s mobile number and enables an “SMS opt-in” consent setting only after the worker agrees to receive operational text notifications.
  • Self-service: Workers can enable or disable text notifications themselves at any time from their profile in our staff portal.
  • By texting us: Where supported, a worker may reply START, YES, or UNSTOP to opt in or resume messages.

By opting in through any of these methods, you consent to receive operational, account-related text messages (such as job assignment alerts, weekly checklist and receipt reminders, and missing-receipt notices) at the mobile number you provide. Consent is not a condition of employment, and you may opt out at any time by replying STOP.

Opt-Out and Help

You can cancel the SMS program at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you reply STOP, we will stop sending you text messages. To resume, reply START. For help, reply HELP or contact us via the contact page.

Privacy

Mobile opt-in information and SMS consent are never sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. We share mobile data only with service providers (such as our messaging platform) acting on our behalf to deliver these messages. For more information, see our Privacy Policy.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date shows the latest revision. Material changes will be posted on this page.
